0.3.0

This release adds a feature which allows you to view all unreviewed comments in a single place.

A new notification bell appears in the moderator controls when you are logged in as moderator and when there are new unapproved comments waiting for approval. Clicking on the icon opens a dialog with unreviewed comments, grouped by page. For the moment being, the layout is the same as the list of comments, so actions are available straight from that dialog modal.
