Added quotes for the start of game screen for the System Gateway identities.
Every one got a default quote, the 7 faction/regular identities got one for each opposing faction. The System Gateway only identities just got an extra one for the "mirror" match, since they will usually be playing each other.
I did run these quotes by some of the other netrunner players I know, changed a bunch of them due to feedback.
Important disclaimer: I have no idea how to test this. I did scan over some of the build instructions but after spending hours trying to push to GitHub that felt a bit out of reach for me. I did my best to follow the data format and general formatting of the files. (Even if there is the extra red line in each file and I'm not exactly sure when you put the quote on its own line but it seems to be on the longer lines.)
