A very simple "server" that serves as a WebSockets client for CSPR.cloud, in order to observe the `Payment` events of a specified instance of the [payments-contract](https://github.com/mssteuer/payments-contract), in addition to serving as an API server with a single endpointthat retrieves the last 10 transactions against a specified CEP-18 token.
