Shell scripts for the Zanne Lab Server.

backup.sh: Creates daily backups of each users home folder, only keeps the 6 most recent backups.

update_local_blastdbs.sh: Runs a weekly update of local BLAST databases, keeps a log of updates in a file that is rsynced to each users home folder.
