Breath of the Wild speedrun cutscene remover

This application takes in an input video file in the current directory and 
outputs into the current directory a video file that is a subset of the input.

To use, create a file in the current directory called "config.json".  An example
config.json is specified below.

When the detect flag is true, the application will automatically detect the 
location of the heart container and identify clips where the heart container
is onscreen.  The heart container detection relies on having at least 0.5 seconds
where the screen is completely white (makes use of the fact that each speedrun video
must include the file selection, which means the "Open your eyes" cutscene is always
included within the first part of the video.

When the detect flag is false, this detection step is skipped.

In addition to the automatically detected clips, clips contained within the 
include array are included, and clips contained within the exclude array are 
excluded.  The include and exclude arrays are notated as follows: if the array
is [t1, t2, t3, t4], then the array specifies the region of the video from
t1 to t2 and from t3 to t4.
