This picks up taskcluster/taskcluster#6778, which ensures that live logs and interactive tasks work again after websocktunnel restarts.

I just realized I forgot to add the GCP monitoring agent here - I'm going to follow-up with that before we need to build this. |

Latest update should include the GCP agent. I wasn't able to test it, unfortunately, due to #125. |

The additional tools (wget, curl, etc.) address mozilla/translations#330. The generic worker upgrade picks up taskcluster/taskcluster#6778 to address mozilla/translations#200.
