This release includes important bug fixes and improvements including support for Allo Katana DAC on Pi-4B, bump to Raspbian Buster Lite 10.2, MPD 0.21.16, Bluez-alsa 2.0.0 and shairport-sync 3.3.5 w/mqtt, more options for attached displays, UI layout fixes and fixes to WiFi PSK generation.

This release is based on Raspbian Buster Lite 10.2 (2019-09-26) and Linux kernel 4.19.83 build #1277
