this is trying to fix the problem with the wrong version of securerandom activating when cutting a new version of the gem.

This is trying to fix the problem with the wrong version of securerandom activating when cutting a new version of the gem. (It says the system version -- 0.2.2 -- is already activated when it tries to load the bundled version -- 0.4.x.)
