Updated PR to pin govmomi since https://github.com/vmware/govmomi/releases/tag/v0.47.0 refactors the code a bit and we need to adjust that separately.

Also pinned github.com/Snowflake-Labs/terraform-provider-snowflake since v0.92.0 they introduced many breaking changes that need to be handled separately.
