Radar Charting your Modern Agility

Introduce the radar chart by showing an example (e.g. “How do we improve sales at Industrial Logic?”). Then ask each person to make their own radar chart based on some real-world work. Have each person share and explain their radar chart with a partner.
Debrief the exercise (“What did you learn from that activity?” “What was that like for you?”, etc.). Note that we are not moving on to part two of this exercise, in which people envision how to improve on all four Modern Agile dimensions - this comes in the “Modernization Mobbing” activity.
