Will eventually be a follow-up to #12299, assuming I can figure out how to get GitHub actions to git mv.

After messing around with a million actions and reading about security holes 😱 , it seems like autofix.ci should do the job once they fix autofix-ci/action#10 (assuming it's fixable!)
