resolves #62 & #61
The main idea here is there is a new "connection" field used for odbc connections that can have other field values interpolated inside. Default library paths work for ubuntu put probably not anything else.
Also adds unit tests. I wasn't sure how you wanted tests organized but since there is a "src" I assumed you wanted "test" in the same spot.
