Tooltips are always placed on the right, which means they are beyond the page border for one-column narrow displays, line on mobile devices.

Note that it makes sense to fine-tune the tooltips (position, trigger mainly) only after purging shinydashBoardPlus (#113), which is known to interfere with tooltips and might prevent some fine-tuning, see #54 (comment).
