Minor bug fixes & improvements

• Fixed issue with comments not populating in context view.
• Improved login & logout functions. /r/all filters now cleared/synced on login/logout.
• Subreddits list and login/refresh button now updated without restarting activity, when user returns from logging in or out.
• Utility; volume up on preference to test widget auto-refresh.
