@mbthornton-lbl please check the regex for the fastq data for nmdc:omprc-11-c45y1j14 it is trying to pick up the md5sum file instead of the raw data file. it should be picking up /global/cfs/cdirs/m3408/aim2/dev/bioscales_mapping/bioscales_analysis_projects/Ga0500645/52586.3.389539.TGTTCCCA-CTTAGGGT.fastq.gz
