upset plot is looking squished

Is there a way to make the entire upset box area slightly bigger?

The numbers are starting to run into each other now that we also have lipidomics data.

It is definitely possible but I think this is something that we need @faiza-a to weigh in on. I suspect the boxes have all been adjusted slightly over time and they look slightly incongruous as a result.
Faiza, any thoughts on how to make things look less cramped but also handle the alignment issues?
