A while ago we added Metagenome HQMQ Bins Compression File and Metagenome LQ Bins Compression File
Existing records have been updated to Metagenome HQMQ Bins Compression File in microbiomedata/issues#1084

now we should deprecate Metagenome Bins in the schema.
