mini-press v1.0 (alpha)

mini-press test release includes:

• index (homepage)
• single (to handle posts)
• categories
• functions
• theme css w/ imported fonts

Not yet included - 404s (error handling), comments, pagination, basically majority of features.

Theme can be installed and used without any errors so far.
