Delete the previous template. I used the assistant for the the new one.

I have a question, should we squash the commits into one? Just a personal preference, but I am not sure if it is worth it. Formatting and syntax changes might clutter the git history. |

Created a bug issue template manually. Then created the template with the assistant. The header is different which allows Github to recognize the template as such. I erased the one created manually and left the one created by the assistant. I commit the whole process for education purposes. The final result is a working bug template.
