Will delete if #496 closes.

Suggests pip install napari[pyqt6] (or [pyside6_experimental]) when pyqt5 is found in an environment.

Here are my testing notes:

pip install napari[all]
pip install -e .
recorder reconstruct -h # prints the error
pip install napari[pyqt6] # as instructed in error message
recorder reconstruct -h # works


          improve runtime error messages
