This PR adds support for the Surinamese Dollar (SRD).

Why
The Surinamese Dollar (SRD) was not previously available as a supported currency. Adding the SRD allows businesses and users in Suriname to utilize Medusa, expanding the platform's accessibility and usability in this region.

How
Added the SRD moddeled after this commit: (76ff9e8)

I could not get yarn generate:static to work on my end, so I manually added the currency.
