build(python): upgrade yadage dependencies (reanahub#462)

Upgrade `adage` to v0.11.0, needed by reana-workflow-engine-yadage to
work with Ubuntu 24.04 and Python 3.12.

Move the `jsonschema` upper pin to the `yadage` extra.
