WebDriver conformance changes for Firefox 135

Changes for Marionette and WebDriver BiDi as listed in this query for the Firefox 135 release. Additional bugs were added from former releases that we weren't able to mention yet because the feature for processing actions in the parent process wasn't enabled before.
