Delete web audio migration guides

I believe that https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Audio_API/Migrating_from_webkitAudioContext and https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/web/guide/audio_and_video_delivery/web_audio_api_cross_browser can safely be deleted now.

My main motivation here is XHR cleanup (#30131) as the guide uses XHR and I don't want to update it unless it is still current.
