This is the core 3.9.3 LTS release with modified versions of RUN_ImportAdempiere and missing the Oracle seed and the seed DMP files to reduce the size. This release is intended to be used by the Windows Installer. If installing ADempiere manually, you are recommended to use the main repository release at https://github.com/adempiere/adempiere/releases/tag/3.9.3
