This was originally made to be a proof-of-concept on how we would handle the request here. Last I heard, there was still a question of if this needed a design change. I never saw any decision made there. I kept this here just in case it was all that was needed for the Mercury request. |

Tl;dr: Our Mercury screens have a burn-in problem. Mercury has requested we use a static image on the bottom panel. They will then turn off the panel until the issue is resolved.
