prepare for esp32_arduinov3.0.0

- BOOT pin pull up must be set
- Ringbuffer can't be size 0
- you may need to patch ArduinoWebsockets gilmaimon/ArduinoWebsockets#156
- avoid some -wFormat= warnings (better disable completely as wifimanager, SARA-R5 and other libs are affected)
