The CI build fails for docs_deploy workflow, you can see an example in #11214.
It seems the "vitepress" versions on "package.json" and "package-lock.json" files do not match. In this pull request, I have provided an example of "package-lock.json" that matches the vitepress (1.0.1) corresponding to the "package.json" file.
Please let me know if that makes sense.
