We are getting some strange compilation errors. Some packages and classes do not exist:

package org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.domain.v0_6 does not exist
package org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.task.v0_6 does not exist
package org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.container.v0_6 does not exist

After some digging in, it turns out that this is caused by this commit: openstreetmap/osmosis@b1bad77#diff-de00bcf272962ffc9edd338b05c8c0b92257123c3057be2cfef76792fa7d9bdc (see osmosis-xml/build.gradle), where dependency on osmosis-core is changed from compile to runtime, which is probably unintended.

To overcome this issue, we need to explicitly add osmosis-core as a dependency.
