Does the evacuation extension 0.8.0 work with matsim 0.8.1?

Are there compatibility issues between evac extension and matsim versions or other windows versions? This extension doesn't work out of the box. See my comment on the evacuation extension tutorial (https://matsim.atlassian.net/wiki/display/MATPUB/Evacuation+Tutorial)
