An anonymous senior State Department official says that United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson decided to convene a special-panel Accountability Review Board to further investigate the "attacks" at the U.S. embassy in Havana.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will convene a new high-level investigation into the harm that Washington says U.S. diplomats in Havana suffered in unexplained health attacks, a senior State Department official said on Tuesday.
