Summary

This PR solves #360

Major changes:

In finite field calculations, the OUTCAR prints the calculations for all of the requested directions. Updated the codes to parse electronic iterations.

Checklist

Google format doc strings added. Check with ruff.
Type annotations included. Check with mypy.
Tests added for new features/fixes.
