This PR adds t-SNE as further dimensionality reduction method.
For this purpose a selection of available algorithms has been added to the dialog.
There are now settings that are common to all algorithms (standardization yes/no, number of output dimensions) and there are settings that are specific to the selected algorithm.
The readme.md has been extended accordingly.
