Added support for queued jobs
…difficulty sort - null jobs happen with freshly spawned pawns and pawns getting carried. - prisoner interaction mod now properly sorts without crashing the tab for the rest of your savegame - sorting prisoners by recruitment difficulty is now sensible
also cleans up some of the style so Visual Studio stops being angry at me
