Added support for queued jobs
…difficulty sort

- null jobs happen with freshly spawned pawns and pawns getting carried.
- prisoner interaction mod now properly sorts without crashing the tab for the rest of your savegame
- sorting prisoners by recruitment difficulty is now sensible
also cleans up some of the style so Visual Studio stops being angry at me

In vanilla, when we set prisoner interaction mode to convert, they set pawn.guest.ideoForConversion, but if we change it in numbers panel, since we dont set it, when we invoke prisoner panel it will raise a NRE because it's null.
If we have Ideology active, when we destroy a player faction's corpse, it is notified, so there will be an alert for funeral ritual from time to time. So when we generating temp pawn, set its faction to another and forceNoIdeo.
Fix issues with Ideology DLC.
