'Generate' commands

The initial (pre-)release of the PhpStorm FUEL-CMS plugin is here with support for Generate commands.
The plugin interfaces with the FuelCMS CLI classes, and allows setting up the following using the "New" menu:
- models
- simple modules
- advanced modules
Simply right-click on anywhere in the project view, hit "New", and then one of "FUEL CMS Model", "FUEL CMS Simple Module" and "FUEL CMS Advanced Module". Output is immediately displayed in the "FUEL CMS Log" tab.
