Build 24.01.13.03

Changes:

• there are no more applications in the list that cannot be launched (do not have a launch activity)
• system applications are enabled by default (among them are Camera, Calendar, Calculator, etc.)
• new algorithm for comparing the application name: now it also searches by package name, and a character mapping table has been compiled for Ru/En languages
• updated gradle to 7.4.2, compile sdk to 34 and dependencies
