Advice on choosing from the available binaries:

For Linux and a recent version of Pandoc from 1.19 onwards (including Pandoc 2) use pandoc-unicode-math-1.0.0-linux64.tar.gz.
For Linux and Pandoc until version 1.17 use pandoc-unicode-math-1.0.0-linux64-pandoc-1.17.tar.gz. This should work well with Debian 9 and its derivatives.
For Windows and a recent version of Pandoc from 1.19 onwards (including Pandoc 2) use pandoc-unicode-math-1.0.0-win64.zip.

Let me know if you need binaries for other versions of Pandoc or other platforms. I will see what I can do.
