Test cases and ensure PRISMS-PF example works with rocrate-cli generate

• add conda test
• add pip test
• add nix test
• add test cases
• add linting
• add fipy data
• clean up prisms-pf example
• use rocrate-cli to generate prisms-pf example
• enable pytest
• enable rocrate-cli test
• make tests compare against existing ro-crate
• make code fully functional
• ensure tests work after install
• include ro-crate-metadata.json test files for all three examples
