the previous one (house shaped thing with 2019 date on the back) was identified as Sumikko Gurashi - Sumikko Sagashi
this is the 2021 one, which is a different shape, so I assume has a different name.
there's also a 2018 one with a more plain square shape.

also tablet style things, laptop style things, and other models with the same characters / theme.

kinda difficult to build a complete picture of them with no knowledge of the language.

FYI (Quoted from the official website)

"Sumikko Sagashi" same as "Sumikko Sagashi DX"
The only difference is the color and surface design.

"Sumikko Mikke" not same as "Sumikko Mikke DX"
The DX version also includes special characters from the movie.

"Sumikko Catch" same as "Sumikko Catch DX"
The only difference is that it comes with a pouch and strap.

the preliminary research on those tomy/san-x toys seems to indicate the ROMs contain everything needed and can be bootstrapped by copying the first block after a header section into RAM (unclear if that would be done by an internal ROM or hardcoded logic, for some CPU types the manuals indicate it's hardcoded logic)
