register validation complete. register unique remains to be done. Login validation underway.
all inputs checked for <, > and / all inputs except tags validated as correct and present unique email and username checks remain to be done
edits to database database_connection, spec_helper and app.rb to make ENV control which db is used.
Bcrypt added to project - implemented and tests working for both rspec and browser
