This PR solves the issue of application build not getting generated due to the following reasons:

  1. Deprecated imperative apply of Flutter's Gradle plugins
  2. Unnecessary debug signingConfigs
  3. Outdated flutter_slidable package version
  4. Outdated cached_network_image package version
