This module integrates Tidio Chat with WHMCS, enabling better customer support and engagement. Tag your clients based on their activity status within WHMCS and more.
- Auto Tagging: Automatically tags clients as "WHMCS Active Client" or "WHMCS Inactive Client" based on their active services.
- Client Identification: Sends client information like email, name, and phone number to Tidio Chat.
- WHMCS 8.x or above

- Download the repository as a ZIP file.
- Extract the ZIP file into your WHMCS installation under
modules/addons
. - Rename the extracted folder to
tidiochat_whmcs
, making sure to remove the branch name from the folder name. - Log in to your WHMCS admin panel, navigate to the addons section, and activate the module.
- Auto Tagging: Tags are automatically added when the client is on the WHMCS dashboard.
- Client Identification: When a client logs in, their data is sent to Tidio automatically for better customer support.
