This PR introduces session key support to the Bolt framework, enabling delegated system execution through GPL Session protocol integration and version updates across the codebase.

• Added session-keys dependency (v2.0.6) and GPL Session protocol integration in core packages
• Updated all internal crate versions from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1 with synchronized dependencies
• Potential version mismatch between Solana client (1.18 vs 1.16) and Anchor dependencies needs attention
• Typescript SDK version (4.5.5) may need updating for newer feature compatibility
• Build script in bolt-sdk assumes specific project structure which could be fragile
