List of Changes:

Updates docs for Exchange and Teams
Add Reference to Exchange Test, so no duplicates are created
Add Original Name to Teams Test, so link to Secure Score can be made

Issue:

some MT.* numbers are used twice or three times (ToBeSortedOut)
