PiSDR Version 6.1 (64-bits)
This release is the first 64-bits image of PiSDR. This enables the software to use modern vector instructions (NEON) that help programs run faster. Some programs will run up to 60% faster than the 32-bits version!
Don't forget to run volk_profile
on the terminal after booting up your Pi! This will optimize GNU Radio to run faster on your system.
IMPORTANT: This is a 64-bits image. This means that it only works on the Raspberry Pi 4 (and 400), 3, 2, and Zero 2.
This update includes several new software listed below. More notability, GNU Radio Version 3.9, SDR++, and SDRplay. Please, open an issue if something isn't working as expected. We recommend Etcher or Raspberry Pi Imager to flash the .img.xz
file into a MicroSD Card.
