PiSDR Version 5.0

This is the final version of the PiSDR Version 5.0. This update includes several new software listed below. More notability, GNU Radio Version 3.8 and UHD LTS. Please, open an issue if something isn't working as expected. We recommend Etcher or Raspberry Pi Imager to flash the .img.xz file into a MicroSD Card.
