This edit focuses on channel naming guidelines to make content consistent with the content and intent of the obs-ops guide. It then rationalises some of the remaining text for uniformity.

Looks good to me, I will add a cross-reference on the open PR in the summit channel guide.

Could we get some guidance on what goes into Topic and what goes into the Description? Also recommending that one of them, or both, be present for all channels would be great.

If your team has a "find us here" channel, append ``-team`` to the channel name.

Again, avoid unnecessary taxonomy: it turns out ``square-team`` is a more useful name to people that ``dm-square``.

We have typically used lt for a leadership team - any guidance on this? #dmlt #splt? or #sp-lteam ?
