Add SAD multifractal estimation

I added the estimation of multifractal SAD (Species Abundance Distribution) as calculated in [1], and compiled windows binaries with optimizations.

Added windows compatibility

• Included pre-compiled windows binaries
• Some minor changes to compile with MinGW gcc g++ compiler
• Changes in the R scripts to made them compatible with Windows
