We currently cannot rename the master branch to main because some of the GitHub actions require the name master explicitly.

This PR fixes this.

Warning
Right after this PR is merged, we should rename the master branch to main.

Note: I explicitly did not change the name master in files that #85 removes to avoid merge conflicts.
