This PR is the major contribution of my Bachelor thesis. It adds the multilingual support to Athene by adding a new component embedding-wmt.
Embedding-wmt is based on the WMT-Model, an transformer architecture which allows to generate context sensetive, but language independent tokens out of german and english input texts
